  Why do I have to order even number of label sheets?

We print your labels "2-up" on an 11 x 17 sheet to save cost for you, and production time for us. We then cut the sheet into two 8 1/2 x 11s which we ship to you. Rather than waste the "extra" sheet if ordering "odd" numbers, we hope that you will be able to utilize the extra sheets.

 

    Why do I have to enter "How many of this tag would you like on the sheet"?

Remembering that the template creation page is to assist in new template sheet generation, we would like to know how many of each tag you would like on your lable sheet. You can enter a number. For example: 6. You can also enter a phrase. For example: "One per sheet". Don't worry about filling up a sheet or if there are blanks... FLP will contact you to verify your information and to insure we are creating the template correctlu. This form is really a "request for a new tag".

 

  Will I be notified when my order is shipped?

We are working on an updated tracking system for you, so to insure all goes as you would like, verify your email address in the EDIT tabs

 

  Orders are downloaded on Monday mornings

FLP will download all weekly orders on Monday mornings. Then the data base is emptied. Once we have downloaded the weekly orders, you will no longer be able to see the prior week's order list. We are presently working on making prior week's orders viewable. Site updates are up and coming.
